Processing Time: Island Jay prints, packs, and ships your orders from Florida usually within 4 business days.
Special Order Colors: We are testing special order colors with some product lines (long sleeve shirts are first). These orders may take an additional 2-4 days to produce and ship.
Free or Ground Shipping: Orders with free shipping or ground shipping will arrive about 5-10 days after your order is placed.
"Get It Faster" Shipping: Your order will be processed faster & will ship with Priority Mail. It will arrive 3-6 days after your order is placed (depending on your location-we ship from Tampa Florida). Please note that for Special Order Colors - the production time is 2-4 days longer than stocked colors.

90 Day Returns: Island Jay offers a 90 day return policy for a refund or exchange.
Free Returns: If you need to make a return or exchange within the USA, there is no restocking fee or return charge, simply send us the order back and we will refund the price of the items ordered (not including shipping)
