So you and your purchase aren’t hitting it off?

No worries, we can help you find love again with an exchange. If you need more time just to be with yourself, we can offer you a refund.

FOR EXCHANGES:

For the exchange of apparel for sizing issues, color choices, and general preferences we ask you to please ship the product back to us (at your cost) and we will remake the product and send it to you at no cost.

For the Replacement for products with Defects or quality issues, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and will send your replacement item at no cost.

FOR RETURNS FOR A REFUND:

If you are returning the product for non-defect/quality issues, please ship the product back to us, and upon receipt we will refund you the cost of the item ordered (not including shipping fee)

If you are returning an item because of defects or quality issues, we will pay for return shipping and will refund the cost of the item including your original shipping cost.

All Returns/exchanges will be sent out once we receive your returned/exchanged item.

Simply contact us at support@islandjay.com within our 90 day purchase window. 

The only exception would be customized items if you change your mind. Of course if there is a quality issue with any product or custom item that you received, we want to hear about it.

We will respond within 1 business day with the instructions and options to complete your return or exchange.
