Loved it,perfect for the beach themed Christmas tree in my bedroom

We live in south central Pennsylvania. Always loved visiting southern states and going on cruises. Our stay-ca-tions began 7 years ago when we moved to our present location due to a job relocate. Lost our faithful pet care giver. She was awesome. Moved into our home for the week to take care of our 5 cats.. one of which was diabetic and needed shots twice a day. He passed away 2 yrs ago at the age of 19 and we now have 2 cats on thyroid meds. So. I know we are home and doing the right thing for our luvs. This being said... I try to decorate with beach theme to brighten our home. I ordered some ornaments for a lighted palm tree that I put on our kitchen island. I joke and call it our ' tropical island' This flamingo on a lounge chair was intended for it but I decided it would be humorous to have it on my office desk under a palm tree that I created from a carv-able pumpkin. I had 3 'ladies' already under the tree and added the flamingo. It looks pretty cute! I love it. Great detail and quality of this ornament. It arrived quickly and was well package against breakage.

My first ornament unfortunately was broken when I received it. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement immediately and I didn't have to go through the hassle of sending the first one back. I got the second one quickly and in perfect condition. It is a good quality item!

I ordered this piece to decorate my lighted fake palm tree in my home. When I received it, it was broken in two places, thanks to the harsh handling by the USPS I'm sure! I tried to fix it with glue, but thought I should let the Island Jay team know about what happened. They immediately offered to send me a new ornament, at no cost to me. The second one is on its
way to me right now. Island Jay is the best and their customer service is awesome. Can't wait to receive the new flamingo. It really is a cute piece. Thank you to all at Island Jay!!!
