When I took the shirt out of the bag there was a string inside of the shirt. This string was the stitching around the collar. Once I removed the excess string there was a hole due to the stitching coming undone. I also ordered a XL but it fits lime a Large

Quality control is a huge part of what we do…so is stellar customer service. Once in a while a “bad egg” slips through during manufacturing…and we always do our best to make things right! I ordered 3 shirts all the same size, one didn’t fit right, contacted your customer service and had no problem getting it taken care of. They sent another shirt, thinking it was sized incorrectly, it was also incorrect, spoke with customer service and we decided to go up a size. The service was great, no problems at all, thank you, I will buy from them again, the quality is great.

I've made a few orders over the last few months from Island Jay and the quality of product has been amazing. I think I've managed to stock myself up with enough T-shirts and Tank tops for the next time I get away to Mexico. Even though I'm out here in Western Canada, shipping time is great, and I absolutely love the comical emails that are regularly sent out as status updates on my orders. I laugh so hard when I read them.

I searched the web for quality t-shirts for casual wear. Island Jay had exactly what I was looking for. Good quality & good looking themed beach t-shirts. I would recommend them for that and also more than just t-shirts. Also, I had a back ordered product on my last order but their Customer Service Rep. got back with me right away after inquiring about it. It shipped out after becoming in stock. So I would highly recommend Island Jay to anyone who has not been a customer. Definitely check their website/products out.
