We Ship From Florida
Island Jay is owned and operated in the USA.
Our priority is delivering your order ASAP.
Once your order ships, we will notify you by email and provide tracking. Because we ship with US Postal, we can ship to a P.O. Box, APO, home, or business address.
Your have several shipping options at check out.
Each shipping option will give you the estimated time for your order to reach you. These time includes our warehouse processing time and the time is takes for USPS to get the package to you. Tracking will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Our Flamingos make most of our items to order in our Florida facility. Therefore, orders will take a few business days to ship and for us to email the tracking number to you. During peak seasons, it can take 4-5 business days.
What is a business day?
An excellent question! Business days are Monday through Friday and do not included weekends and holidays.
