Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with Island Jay & Coco
With a snazzy hat, green drink, and a good luck charm, you can celebrate St. Patrick's Day the Island Jay way. Of course my puppy dog Coco was a big help. The drink in my hand is Island Jay's Leprechaun Punch and it is very easy to make.
Ingredients
- Ice
- Spiced Rum 3oz
My personal preference is Sailor Jerry, but any spiced rum will work here. - 2oz Blue Curacao
It's blue, just like the drink. I don't see the resemblance but I have been wrong before. - 3oz of Pineapple Juice
Nothing funny about pineapple juice. -
3oz of Orange Juice
Get the good stuff. It is worth the extra buck. If you want your drink to be sweeter you can add more.
- Pineapple Slice & Cherries for Garnish

Instructions
This is an easy one.
- Pour the ingredients directly over ice in a glass, cocktail shaker, or blender.
- Stir, shake, or blend.
- Add your pineapple slice and cherries to garnish.
